What's not to love about Braums? Their ice cream has tons of delicious butterfat and their burgers are awesome. I love their crinkle-cut fries extra crispy.

My family loves Braums, it's the only milk we drink when we can get it. But this location is the absolute worst location we've ever been to. The staff is rude and consistently messes our orders up. I have never had anyone mutter so much as an "I'm sorry" when I tell them my order is wrong; they just glare at me like it's my fault. For the past two weeks, I've gone in on Monday, and they have been out of whole milk. This is the closest Braums to my house, but it is still a 30 minute drive. I just can't justify spending an hour round trip for them to not have milk in stock. I can understand a one off, but two weeks in a row indicates a problem with how the staff orders milk. When milk is your business, you'd think it would be in stock!

It was a new nice visit. The food is great, but the prices are a little much, but you get what you pay for.. great food and atmosphere. Every one had a smile on there faces and a can do attitude.. I love this place after so many years of not eating here...

The Ice Creme and Food is really good. Employee Ariana is extremely rude. The manager on duty at the time doesn't seem to care when her behavior was reported

Was good. Lids were out and the manager came right out and refilled and apologized. Food came out really fast. Ice cream guy was very patient while we decided what we wanted.

Never go wrong with Brain's food or groceries. Milk as of right now is still on sell 2 for $5 and better-tasting than Wal-mart

It is the only place to go if you want a real shake that's actually good

Nice little place with a good selection. Scooped ice cream, burgers and other treats .. Breakfast burrito is awesome and there are groceries in store.

Good food and ice cream, but the excellent part is the market inside the store.I stop by for a few groceries now and again and I’m never disappointed. I swear their milk taste better than everyone else!

My new addiction like every other day.

Health issues, table not being cleaned with clean water. Taped off tables that are taped off per spacing. People removing blue tape off tables an sitting at the. I was able to talk with the assistant manager Emanuel informed me that they ran out of the blue tape. He walked away from me while I was talking with me. No one was in forcing the issue customers not removing the taped off area.

I walked in and saw 3-4 employees working behind the counter. There was one person finishing up paying and the guy that was helping them didn’t even acknowledge I was there and waiting to order. He then began wiping down the glass on ice cream freezers. Two more people walked by with headsets and did not even make eye contact. Keep in mind I’m the only person waiting in line. After standing there for another half minute I just left. Hopefully the managers read these comments and teach their employees about customer service.

10/25/2019 about 5:05 pm after I had enjoyed a frozen yogurt waffle cone I went over and picked up 1/2 gallon chocolate pecan yogurt. I walked up to the check out counter, waIted for SOMEONE to come take my money. I waited about 5 minutes and 2 other people, a man and a woman approached the counter. STILL no one came to check us out. FINALLY a girl working by the Malt machine asked a Male coworker " who's supposed to be checking customers out"? The Male coworker just shrugged his shoulders and never responded. After a few more minutes I left my product on the counter and exited the store, probably never to return. I can get horrible service anywhere!

Had dinner there on our trip west. We got off I40 and looked for a place to grab a bite. There were a lot of cars there so we made the choice figuring that if it was that popular it cannot be too bad. I had the classic burger and fries and they were quite good. Decided to try their ice cream for dessert - it was fantastic. Among the best I have ever had. Highly recommended.

Good Mushroom Swiss burger and good fries too. It's kind of cafeteria style for getting your good and you decide where to sit. Finally there's a small grocery area where you can shop for cold cuts, milk, and ice-cream. Very nice atmosphere.

I have made 4 trips to Braum’s in Athens, Texas to get Banana Pecan Yogurt, and NEVER do they have it. The employees won’t go look, they just say “No, we don’t have any”. Today I was told “it’s a rotator, we can order it but we only get what they send us”. That’s a lousy excuse if you ask me, l don’t have that problem in Terrell or Mesquite.It’s a 28 mile drive from my house to Athens, 56 miles round trip for NOTHING!! 64 miles round trip to Terrell, and 108 miles to Mesquite round trip, today was the last trip I will make to any Braum’s!!Blue Bell is always well stocked at my local grocery store and NEVER lets me down!!

Come for the great dairy treats, but stay the heck away from that road kill they try and disguise as food.

Worst breakfast I had there in 15 years. Gravy watery. Tator Tots cold and hard. Biscuit hard. Whatever shift on duty this morning, need to be retrained. Jay Benson at Dairy Queen would have us retired or fired for such service in the 70s when I worked there in Highschool.

Sunday:8/16/20:2:45p Athens TxRefused our call in order says it not large enough (about $20). Says we have to place at store and wait. Really? What-A-Burger in Athens didn’t refuse it and will be our family burger place from now on. What happened to the days when businesses made an effort to keep customers instead of flipping them off. You former “long time” customer.

The ice cream is very good. One of the few good chains.

This Braum's restaurant was very clean. Service was okay. I did have to wait a bit for some help. But in their defense, they were busy. Food was hot and fresh tasting. The person who took my order was very nice and even counted my change back (no one counts back money anymore).

Another TEXAS treasure. You'll love their ice cream, even better their burgers.

I love there service! But I am very disappointed in the new Milk A2, it tastes horrible to me and is no longer creamy. I’ve been buying milk for years but will have to switch.

I went to the one in Athens, TX on a Friday evening. There were nothing but kids "working" and playing. They were standing around talking, one took off running, orders weren't being dispersed in order. However, the following Monday was much better. E-man was the manager and had everything running smoother. The workers weren't standing around talking and playing like on Friday.

As a customer I was fairly impressed with the food, the vibe n all. Nice little place. As a former employee though, I’m very disappointed. I wasn’t trained. I was treated like helping me learn was a chore when someone showed me just 1 thing. One particular person in the kitchen is very rude but I will not say her name. I’ve only seen 1 person actually care about cleaning in the kitchen and today was the first day I came in to a clean grill. 10$ and hour was worth shaving but not worth the experience.

They have a very good ice cream selection. Their banana splits look delicious. I recommend their hot fudge Sundays. My burger combo was hot and very tasty.

Amazing service cheap and quick AMAZING food

Pulled up and waited a solid 4-5 minutes for someone to take my order. I circled the building and tried again... another 4-5 minutes. Finally, after someone took my order, now I’m sitting in the parking lot waiting on a burrito that I’ve already paid for and I’m about to be late for work. Don’t come here for breakfast unless you have a good 30 mins to go through the drive through.

The shake was good but the service was slow. The lady that took care of me kept asking a guy to help me because she was tending to another guest but he kept talking to another lady. Also heard a lady being rude to an old man. I won't go back. They have shakes at other places so I'll try one of those next time i visit Athens.

The third time I've ordered bacon on my burger. Guess what no bacon 3 times this has happened

My grilled chicken was cold and was like trying to eat shoe leather. I threw over half the sandwich in the trash.I threw my fries away because the girl putting them in my bag grabbed the ones that fell on the counter with her bare hand and dropped them in my bag. Very disappointed. Wated $7 for lunch that went in the trash. Not likely to EVER visit a Braums again.

Great ice cream like nowhere else

Ordered the new mushroom burger it was thumbs down :( However, the attitude was very good and was served a substitute which was very nice. Good people good service. Didn't realize eggs were sold there, nice surprise less expensive too! Thanks Braun's 👍

Love their $1 small frozen yogurt twist deal. Yummy. Get a bang for your buck.

The morning drive thru crew is the worse in town when a customer has to ask for fresh pancakes every single time you come thru the drive thru that’s just not acceptable at all I come thru there once a week every single time my order is messed up or I don’t get what I ordered I get my food and hurry of to get to work and get there to find either half cooked pancakes or no butter or 1 syrup or no silverware or my food basically thrown at me thru the window ok rant over but I’m going to continue to tell people about this place daily

Slow. Always have to park to wait for fresh meat when you go through the drive thru and when you finally get your food half of it is cold. Service inside is ok.

Brought the kids for a ice cream treat and sundaes. Brownie sundae gritty. My daughter said this to the lady working the counter that something's wrong with the sundae, she became sarcastic and snarky to my daughter. Bad representation of Braums with this employee.

We love Braum's. Good food at decent prices. Friendly service. Clean facility. Just a little slow service but everything is made to order, fresh, & hot!
